This month, guests from all over the world will converge on Portland, Oregon, for the 32nd Annual Conference of the International Association of Culinary Professionals. This year’s conference is titled “The New Culinary Order” and it promises to be an unforgettable four days of expert demonstrations, workshops and, of course, delicious food.

The Le Creuset team is thrilled to play an integral role in this year’s conference, with some of our newest products available for hands-on demonstrations at the Culinary Expo. Many of the finest chefs, restaurateurs, food critics, publishers and photographers will be on hand for this special gathering, as well as featured speakers like Ruth Reichl, so our team is very excited about the opportunity to share the best of the food world with these talented experts!
